passed CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 177(FIN) am An Act relating                      
to permits to carry concealed handguns; and relating to possession             
of firearms on state ferries with the following amendment:

Senator Halford moved that the Senate concur in the House                      
amendments.

Senator Donley moved and asked unanimous consent that his name                 
be withdrawn as a cosponsor on the bill.  Without objection, it was
